On 16 March 2018, in collaboration with a newly formed board, I established the Greenlandic drum association QILAAT in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The association QILAAT is a voluntary association of people who have the common goal of promoting information, knowledge and understanding of our proud Greenlandic drum culture. As well as looking at how the drum and its power can continue to be used in a modern society.
